Dedi La vita è troppo corta per non guidare italiano.....
Today I arrived to Munich on vacation. There was a huuuuuge banner of the Panamera outside of airport baggage claim, along with a real Panamera S. Also there was a presentation room that looked like some event would happen later in the day. Took some pics, and will try to post later. The car looks really great in person. The pics that are all over this board don't do it justice. I hate the back of the car in the pics I saw, but in person its quite nice. Heading to the Porsche Museum in a few minutes, so lost of pics to come later....

As expected... No different than the Cayenne presentation in 2003...
Modern cars do not photograph well.

ALDO:
No the rear console isn´t a must. Personally I wouldn´t take it even if it where for free. It separates to much.
You know, I completley missunderstood you. I checked the catalog again. I talked about the flat console, which looks like an extension of the front one. I just found know the picture of the high one, which I didnt like at all. I agree to you, it separates to much and the optic of the "extened" look is not missing. Only thing I could imagine, if you really would like it as a car where grown ups are sitting in the back this might be comfortable. But lets face it, 90% of time the rear bench will be used by kids.

Guys, Ive seen yesterday in Zuffenhausen at least 15 Panas, all colors. I have to admit that the shape is growing on me. That back you just have to see more often, than its not that bad anymore.
Regarding colors. Even that hidious cream golden one is in reality not that bad. All are looking great. Ive seen a silver Turbo with large rims, air ride on lowest position, that one looked very cool. Until now I always thought silver is not good on it, but this one proofed better. So I
m really looking forward!

MY favorit color combination is outside yachtingblue indside yachtingblue/creme. I am only afraid that the light creme will become very fast dirty and ugly. The second combinations is little bit borring outside silver inside espresso. The next combinations outside black or white and inside espresso.

Hi Aldo, I have a very similar taste. I love the Espresso inside, but dont know how resell will be (but in fact I buy for myself and not for the successor;).
I love also the cream/blue combo, but as you said, how quick is it getting ugly. On of our cars has a light yellow interior and with 11.000 km, we really have trouble with the dirt (even we wash it frequently and often).
My combi would probably be carbongrey, grey full leather with carbon inside
2nd dark blue, espresso with Aluminium inside.

Lars, can't believe that came from you!
ex-communication
Other than the front I find nothing likeable here. The interior looks to edgy for me. It is not soft no transition, too angular.
Like I said once before - great skill in the execution of workmanship but absolutely no design talent whatsoever inside or out. (except the engine bay, looked nice in 1 pic)
The white car just shows how big and gangly this thing is. It's a belly dragger.
And the back seat shot How many different little pieces make up the back area, it looks like a puzzle - way too busy.
