That one is nice! Reminds me of DA BOMB: http://www.rennteam.com/forum/thread/20101168/Re_Rear_spoiler_lift_mechanisms/index.html#p20101168
What is that wire at the rear wing for, lightning protection?

The first Company to line up two fully liveried Formula 1 cars at the grid of a Grand Prix was the Gunston Cigarette Company of Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe. Gunston introduced tobacco sponsorship to motor racing when they sponsored Rhodesian drivers John Love and Sam Tingle in the 1968 South African Championship for F1 and F5000 machinery.
Above: John Love - My favorite driver along with Jack Brabham.

Of course... You are right! Given everything else you mentioned, I can see how you would think "Aviator" might be Kostas Kavathas.
A pitty this site has not been translated into English, for the benefit of rennteamers who are not from Greece: http://www.kavvathas.gr/
I will briefly say that he is one of the most respected journalists in Greece, founder of Technical Press publications, which includes "4wheels" magazine.

Costas, what a G-R-E-A-T thread... Pixz and comments must have been well sought-after across R2. I have a lot of favorites, don't know which of all to pick for my personal best, think I'll have to set up a challenging top-10
Unfortunately I missed the growth of your thread as I've not been able to follow it up to this point. Probably I'm wrong, yet I think R2 lacks the functionality of notifying each time a new thread/post is submitted. May be Eunice could give some reasonable answers or at least some guidance on how best handle this.
Kudos, I'll keep an eye on it anyhow!
P/S Soon I'll try to post a pixz of Ayrton Senna interviewed by myself back in June 1992. Pixz and text was appeared in that year's July or possibly August issue of 4Wheels magazine.

This thread is really awesome, I have it on my favorites list too and I often come back just to look at the pictures.
