Hello Mike,
I only ever heard of one guy, an Australian, who did a C6 Z06 conversion to RHD... He went all the way, but it was a one-off job from a local shop, so he ended up paying crazy money for that. I'd doubt it was cost-effective to do all of that, but I must say the end result was quite impressive!
Around the launch of the C6, some Corvette engineers mentioned they would target both LHD and RHD for the C7, so let's hope they make good on that plan! That, and offering a world class interior

2001 Corolla LE - 0-60: Yes.
2009 Corvette Z06 - 0-60: Ooooh yes.
Jofu:Hi Jofu, my neighbour actually has a silver C6 Z06 that is RHD with titanium coloured wheels. I have no clue where he got it converted though.

JoeRockhead:Hi Joe. The Enzo and P CGT owners here couldn't even get for their cars after many months in court. I doubt I will get that right for a LHD Corvette
Mike S:
WOW! Does anybody know of any comanies that will do a RHD conversion?
Is there no way to get an exemption on LHD vehicles Mike? That's a pretty sweet deal.

Mike S:What if you told the court you were just doing your part to help the global financial crisis?

Are there any McLaren F1's in SA? The driver sits in the middle, so they probably wouldn't know what to do about that!

HA! Well that makes at least 2 worldwide Did it come out looking good?

Mike in a thread i posted a little while back in OT titled awesome collection there was a red corvette with a huge engine in which it was stated on the website that the car was built and being sent to the customer in SA.
I thought that was interesting, as it seems to go against what you know as the rules. Maybe worth looking into for you. Maybe the guy knows something or someone.

JoeRockhead:There's 1 McLaren F1 in the country. I don't think that car hasn't any steering position problems

Jofu:I never really bothered to ask, I'll perhaps take a look later this week.

racerx:Was it a 59' Corvette? If so it's owned by the same guy. He doesn't have it registered (no plates), he drives it around illegally I'm assuming
