Looks like the Boxster will also have cameras instead of side mirrors. I wonder if the new Cayenne will be left out in this experiment.

I don't know...but I don't think are rear view cameras...maybe only bigger pdc on test mules...look the other holes near the plate..

    The pics are nice...

Do you know guys - will the engine in next 911 be moved a little bit in front to improve weight balance and handling?

What I see from the photots - that yes, because Porsche would like to close a little bit to mid-engine layout to compete in full with Audi R8

They don't need to. The Cayman is close to perfection as a midengined car can be. It is widely known that I would blow the 911 and R8 off the road if it was given the same power. Yes the competition has stiffened with cars like the GT-R, R8 and Z06 up the rear bumper on the 911. Porsche has probably recognised the need to step it up a bit and they will probably do so by giving the 911 a signifigant power bump rather than killing the 911 by moving the engine to the middle.

Guys, I think it is no secret that Porsche is experimenting with video rear view systems but IF the cameras are coming, they will be HERE. Smiley

New side mirror look so bad with the long body, like a coupe version of the new 4-door Panamera.

I'm surprised nobody's commented on the tail lights yet, but they're ugly.

I heard a diesel engine sound too but I think it was from a truck on the road by the gas station.

I hope you're right, but we've been burned many times in the past, hoping that the camo was hiding the real skin, when it wasn't.

Checking that convertible roof of the new Carrera and Boxster I more and more think, that the Carrera will have a hard-top. This roof is so even, has no lines, nothing. Comparing to the new Boxster which still looks the same. I mean, if they found a way to improve a convertible roof that much, why only putting it on top of the 911? There must be a bigger change/reason.

True.  The taillights appear like a elongated triangular shape.  But the back so much closer (looks wise) to 993 Smiley Smiley.

On the one hand, I like the looks. On the other hand, this is nothing more than a facelift, exterior-wise. So it's hard to get excited about the 991/998.

            and for Luxembourg.

IIRC, green gasoline/petrol nozzle handles were introduced with the introduction of unleaded petrol in Europe to further differentiate them from leaded gas nozzles (which were also larger in diameter).

Now that unleaded petrol is no longer available, all petrol nozzle handles are green, whereas only diesel fuel nozzle handles are black.
