    This stuff happens, and the insurance from either the dealer or the shipping company will pay for it.  The only thing the owner loses is time spent waiting for another car

    Hmmm...See the metal blade ramp on the ground...

    The rear 1/3 of the car is usually on that until it locks and gets pushed in. 

    Looks like it snapped off.

    Car carrier insurance will cover the repair, but because of the diminished value the owner will probably press for a full write-off.
