    I hope F1 will gain viewers after this exciting season.

    The financial crisis might hurt most teams budget, but F1 would still be fun to watch even with half the money in it.

    Great Vid!

    I hope that the F1 will come next year with the disussed changes:

    • Slicks instead of profiles
    • Button for 10 second extra 100 HP (I think this will bring more fights and overtakings)
    • Qualifying in form of a mini race with extra WC-Points for the pole position
    Especially the financial crisis will require to have initiatives like the F1 running as commercial events!

    This push-to-pass button has been used in CART or Indy racing previously. I always preferred F1´s philosophy, if one appeared to be faster it could be taken down to the driver and not some fancy electronics. That KERS system is pathetic if it comes down to ecological attitude - F1 racing has always been the very opposite of economical and ecological thinking. Since their engines are very, very efficient in relation to output one could easily find other solutions to improve on that field, e.g. decrease the capacity of the tank. I would also welcome the use of materials that could make it into serial production, e.g. mandatory use of certain standardized materials or components.

    The intended modifications, e.g. the KERS system or a unified engine, would not increase F1´s attractivity for me. Might switch to watching synchronized swimming then... Smiley
