    Gotta love the italians... you would never see the U.S. use the Ford GT to carry the flame.

    and they'd have to hold the flame out of the window, it's not a convertible. Unless you get the $38,000 roadster conversion.

    Yeah, i definitely disagree. The Ford GT is a supercar, along with the Saleen S7 and the SSC Aero

    Ferrari F430 is not a supercar

    The Ford GT the S7 and especially the SSC Aero are not not supercars.

    Supercars are not based solely on performance figures.

    The Porsche GT1, Carrera GT, Enzo, Pagani Zonda are supercars.


    Everything else is pretty much a sports car

    What's your criteria in determining whether a car is a 'supercar' or not? I agree that the F430,Ford GT, and SSC Aero aren't supercars but the S7 comes pretty close. The styling could be improved by losing some of those stupid gills(car has more gills than a sandshark,LOL!!) but its performance is definitely supercar caliber IMO.
    I think you can exclude cars with a top speed of less than 200MPH and dedicated track cars. You can also exclude from the list cars with inferior fit/finish(Z06) and poor design(Ford GT)
