Can I ask about the conditions, temperature at the time ? was it flat ?
It was 50 degrees and I am at Sea level so the conditions were good , I was on 93 octane pump gas and the road is dead flat . I used the 20 hz vbox so it's the same testing equipment all the magazines use . You can see the slope and altitude on the vbox verify charts I posted .

The 50DegF/10DegC will have helped a lot in keeping your AITs in the green zone so you kept all your power.
The car in the vid below is rated at about 650PS with a tune from ES Motor and is incredibly quick accelerating to over 300kph but I am very dubious about the longevity of the motor, checkout how fast and high the oil temp gauge moves from about 150mph.... the rapid heat build up to cause the oil temp to spike so quickly surely must mean that motor is a grenade ? The tuner claims this is normal for the A91 motor but

Why would you worry about that temp it was less than 240 degrees F . A BMW 3 series runs that temp going to the grocery store. A stock Z06 runs 300 F when driven hard , frankly that's impressive as hell for a tuned car on a 205 mph run not to not go over 240 degrees . I did 4 back to back half mile runs and the 60-130mph was within .03 seconds on each , with the 100-150 mph being fastest on the last run . Peak oil temp was only 218 F . Thermal efficiency on these cars is amazing . These motors have a ton of room for more power , the limiting agent on the .1 was the small turbos not the motor . You spin a small turbo faster and you produce minimally more boost and a lot of heat .

I guess it is because I am used to the Mezger which has been extensively raced and that race experience meant that the race engine builders knew they had to keep oil temps at a certain (low) level for reliability. A properly tuned turbo Mezger will not go over 90degc/195F on these sorts of high load runs. That rapid rise in oil temp looks very dangerous to me but I guess time will tell, I'm not sure how many of these tuned motors are/have been raced/tracked but now the likes of Ruf are offering packages with solid 890NM on stock internals confidence is building...... I wonder how simple (relatively) these motors are to rebuild if they wear out - are any shops experienced in this yet ?

Cars today are being built to run hotter for emissions performance , but I'm certainly not worried about 218 F on my car . I seriously doubt a tuned 997 runs 198 after a 1/2 mile run either . My BMW Z4M with an S54 runs 240's on track making 500 hp and had 40,000 track miles before needing a rebuild . The internals on the 9A1 , I.e rods for instance have been tested and are actually stronger than the metzger . It seems to be a very stout engine so far but not enough data . Just during normal spirited driving my water temps are 194 and oil temps stay in the 194-198 range . The fact that my car had zero degradation in performance after 4 back to back 1/2 mile runs is something I have never seen in a previous car I have owned . The .2 does have some nice changes that help , with a revised head , better fueling , Inconel exhaust valves , a better intake and most importantly , bigger turbo chargers .

You are right it isn't 198F, I just checked my data, it is 209F/98.3C max oil temp at 200mph in 63F/17.3C ambient but still nothing like this rapid increase over 150mph in the A91.
I sincerely hope the A91 proves durable as these acceleration numbers are intoxicating

Classy, somewhat boring, not attracting too much attention and the tech is top notch and reliable, while not exotic.

True but I never would buy the stainless steel version. Rolex did a clever marketing here, by limiting the availability of the steel version, they increased demand and improved the reputation of the stainless steel version. Well...at least for the Daytona.
