Electric Sport Seats

Anyone have experience with, or advice regarding electric sport seats? I'm looking at a new C4S coupe equipped with them. Pros? Cons?

Some say they don't like the way the seats feel in the shoulders, the seats push your arms slightly forward. I like the feel and would seriously consider the seats.

The sports seats DON'T add support to the normal seats, and yes if you have broad shoulders, forget it.
But I admit they look better.
You can't have electric adjustment on them, only though Exclusive and it's expensive.

No, they're not heated. I currently have heated seats in my C4 Millenium and I like having them. I use them when it's cold outside and prefer them over having the heat blasting.

The dealer has them listed as being electric at a cost of US$1220.00 each.

The new Sport Seats can be optioned with heat and full power. There is no lumbar support or memory.

I love the lumbar support on my current seats. I guess I'll just have to sit in the Sport Seats and see if they're for me.

if you like your current seats with lumbar support i'll bet you won't like the sport seats--they are very confining unless you are quite thin. let us know what you decide

It's something you really have to try on to be sure. For the driver, it is sometimes less confining because the arms are stretched forward towards the steering wheel. However, for a passenger, they may experience discomfort. Personal preference too.

If you can fit, they are pretty nice.
