Red stitching

Does anyone have photos of a black interior with the red stitching? I am thinking of ordering this option for my new 997TT, i know that it will delay my delivery but I am still not sure what to do...

I am first on my dealers list and expect factory delivery during July, is it worth the wait? Plz help!

Not worth it IMHO. Esp if they still don't bother to red stitch the shift boot and the hand brake. That colored edginess reminds me of the time, long ago, I took LSD (purely for research purposes).

Exactly. See? That's the thing about a number of options. Porsche doesn't care what the car looks like as long as you think your's is "personalized." You can certainly make your car look "different" but that doesn't make it look good. What's "good?" Something you can have reasonable expectation that once the thrill wears off you don't find yourself shaking you head wondering why you ordered something that way. Something that people don't roll their eyes at and wonder about when they see it.

Let's see, pink outside (costs extra but hey, you only go round once) and my buddies will just LOVE it over at THE MANHOLE bar where I "hang" out. Terra Cotta and black inside with red stitching.

hey I think Yellow stitching would look good with speed yellow exterior... I had that combo on my 360 Modena and it looked great!

I agree!

Not sure about the red- should definitely see it in person before ordering or perhaps better pictures. And ALL the stitching should be colored.

The red stiching is hideous. The yellow might look good on a yellow car.

I like it on the seats but as soon as I saw the dash it would be a big no way for me.

Does anybody remember the black 430 that was posted a few months ago.. gorgeous black ext, with black interior/yellow piping.. probably the nicest 430 (from a pic) I have ever seen

Thank you all for replying and thanx for the pix too! I have second thoughts though, I really prefer the stitching on a Ferrari... My other interior colour options are black/terrakota or full black! What do you guys think? Bare in mind that the exterior colour will be black nonmetallic...

I didn't WANT to do it but these pics aboved FORCED me, to re-re-repost the pic below. The terra cotta looks okaaaaay to me once I saw it in person, but can we be sure it won't look like this 1981 example of "what-WERE-they-thinking?" If you're not going to keep the car..., well I guess it's okay for now.
