    997 Turbo option list..

    Hi guys..

    i'm here..

    I whant to try to make a ipotetical option list/colours of my 997 Turbo and if you whant you can post yours..

    997 Turbo slate gray
    terracotta interior
    sport suspension LSD
    wheels painted in body colour
    CGT sports seats
    rear seats delete
    roll bar
    carbon interior parts
    PCM 3 if not stock

    PCCB maybe...it depends of how much it will costs
    PDK i think not becouse of the costs,availability on first cars and i'm not sure if is fun to drive..


    something to add?

    sounds very nice!! What carbo parts are you looking to add? Steering Wheel? carbon package? Carbon center console? What about colored seat belts?

    mmh..

    On my former 996TT i had in carbon steering wheel,center console,gear shift tunnel,and little carbon package..

    now i think to make the same..

    for the seat belts i don't know..
    with terracotta black looks good..red and yellow/blue don't think looks better..

    BD 997 that looks great would be nice if you could get the stitching in yellow .

    Is there any reason that we here in the states can not order the colored stitching ?

    good question Ocean... I had yellow stitching in my old yellow 360 why cant P cars have them in the states...?

    no... went from a 360 to a Lambo Diablo SV back in 2000... then the SV to a 2002 Yellow 996TT then from that to a 997. I dying for some HP the 997 is killin me

    link does not work .. I remember you were one of the first people to lower and put TechArts on your 997 , looks so so good ! Sounds like you will want the new 997TT for the HP . I have been keeping up with mnay who have gone from P cars to 430 and seems like a nice change , you went the other way from 360 to 996 ouch !

    Here's a picture of me next to my "old" 996 Turbo and two other toys belonging to friends. The Lambo on the picture is a unique car with a supercharger working like a turbocharger (sounds weird, I know), very seldom system. And it is fast like hell...but still not as fast as my former 996 Turbo.

    If that powerkit is available (and I'll "stick to my guns" and say it boosts peak HP to 525 ) on a cab by late 2006, I might not wait for the S-and I do have that ordering option -here's what I'd order:

    Original plan was Lapis blue with all-leather sand beige interior with black top, but now I'm straying towards:
    Speed yellow with black top-there's this exact combo. on the EVO website with the Techart side intake mod. on the 996TT identical to the 997TT's side intake with the single horizontal strake
    Black leather interior either all-leather or CF everywhere
    Yellow seat belts and yellow stitching if available
    Silver traditional turbo wheels if available-or maybe 5-spoke silver Kinesis wheels-I still can't come around to the test mule rims
    6-speed manual-unless PDK at launch AND which is stupendous-I'm keeping my triple black juiced 996TSCab which is 6-speed
    Short shifter
    Sport Chrono Plus
    PCCB-those yellow calipers fit perfectly
    Heated seats
    Anything missing guys?

    I assume your 996TT was the red baby, then?

    BTW, if that powerkit for the 997TT is available by end of 2006 with the cab., I might be tempted to go for it than await the S. With the cab., I wouldn't "need" (that's probably not the correct English word ) the car until spring-2007 anyway-so a late 2006 order would work. Any rumours on the powerkit (if not the base car) having DI/eBooster and other tech. items-which I read from the BW website?

    All depends of when is the "time" for some options..

    Is from 2 years that i wait the 997 TT..i sold my 996 TT in May 2004 ,so i need one of the first 997T Turbo

    I can't wait after september of this year...
    My dealer will receive two cars between june and september so or the first or the second will be mine..the only thing that make me think to wait the second is only to have more options available..
    My fear is to not have available the CGT sport seats till the introduction of the Gt3 ..
    I whant to put on the sport chrono,i can't renounce to the painted wheels..

    Yesterday evening a friend tell me that officially the Turbo in Italy will costs a little less than 140.000 Euro enclosed 20% tax,full leather and PCM standard..so i can add some options but not too much becouse i'm a poor guy
    So maybe i will put PCCB,but 90% sure no powerkit and PDK..

    There is also a strong rumor that the 997TT will have a special system that can put the traction also 100% at the rear wheels..WOW!! i love a Turbo RWD!
    And also a new manual gearshift with a shifter really short

    can't wait to see the final specs!

    and remeber that it's better that u hide ur car when my Pota Gt3 is on the road ! hhahhaha

    Rc ..u'r the man! i like 996TT in red ..it's the best ! i hope that for 997 gt3 is avaible the tangerine orange ......this is my colour !

    All exterior trimming painted to exterior color (front bumper lip, side skirts,...)

    PCCB - Porsche Composite Ceramic Breaks
    PSE - Porsche Sports Exhaust, if available for 997 turbo

    Has anyone seen a Pearl White 911? The only one I've seen is a 1988 factory slope nose 930.....only like 5 made in that color. Looks awesome.

    after Dimitri's REAL 997 Turbo order list..i try to update mine...unfortunately my dealer is again in a black hole,know nothing
