    Keep the car in the house

    A real estate agent sent me a some shots of a house he said was great far a car nut . Part of the Garage comes right into the front of the house and the other part of the garage has a hydraulic lift to lift the cars so you can work on them .

    So if you own a 360 and you get a new 430 keep the 360 and just put it in the house and write it off to an art investment .

    sdy284 how would you like to move to Laguna if you buy the house they may throw in the car .

    the perfect solution. even for appartments: in berlin there's a project called http://www.carloft.de where some lift system brings you in your car next to your flat -- other german cities may follow.

    zzboba now that is a great link , beautiful places , really shows how far behind the interior decorating is in the US, I can think of no new development in the states that has interiors as modern as those photos ............ what are the prices for these Lofts ?

    That is so cool. I'd like to make the garage as much of a feature as it can be - hope to start a small collection of old porches someday soon!!

    To me you cannot beat a house on the beach. I could never live in an inland city, I like the sea too much. The house is very nice but would have a lot more appeal if it was located in Europe, maybe somewhere in Italy, Spain or France.

    not bad, but wont u get a headache when u warm the car up:) also, doesnt the car emit exhaust gas after its turned off...?

    that is a platform that lowers it into the house from the garage , after you bring the car back up from the house into the garage you start it .

    When you have a Ferrari in your house as a decoration, thats when you know you have TOO MUCH $$$$.........

    But DAMN, those houses are beautiful! All I need now is the odd $15 mil...
