    Good-quality body repair shop in or around london (UK) ?

    Can anyone recommend a body repair shop around the london area with reasonable experience with P cars.
    It is a fairly small task (1 panel) but I have looked around with not much success. My dealer's linked shop & insurance linked shops are booked up for Jan/Feb. I have a feeling I am not looking in the right place. Any help appreciated. Thanks

    For what it is worth, the chairmans daugter drove into my Boxster a few years back (!) and I had the resulting work done at Lancaster Cambridges bodyshop which was then in Harlow although has moved to Cambridge I believe. Work was done ok although took longer than originally stated.

    Thanks for your input Nick. It looks like it will take 2 months to do a small repair on my vehicle around here. Imagine going to your dealer to fix a fault on your car, and them saying come back in 2 months (I appreciate this is not a mechanical or electrical fault etc, but still!)
    It will be interesting to hear from anyone who had a similar experience.

    Infamous Porsche customer service at work...

    The other thing you could try is getting a copy of GT Purely Porsche and ringing around the independants who advertise in there - plenty of them. JZ Maztech have a good reputation I believe, they are in Watford I think. Or there is Paragon in Sussex if they do body work.
