    Motosport France Car of the year

    Quick translation later... no time for the moment.

    Intersting bit on the LT : they previously tested a customer car which lapped their circuit 1sec faster than the factory car... different day, maybe different driver also.

    Overall winner is LT, not only for its stellar performances, but also for the feeling it provides to the driver and the feel good factor.

    Two things that draw my attention :
    - Very good lap times of the M3 Competition Pack (at the expense of comfort, article reports suspensions very harsh despite piloted suspensions).
    - Cayman faster on both circuits than the 911 ! I haven't checked if there can be an explanation with tires.

    What is troubling to me is the last sentence about the 781S. Rough translation: the testing team shudders at the thought of what such an accomplished `device' would deliver in GT4 guise. Do they mean the 4 cylinder turbo motor further developed for a GT4? It depends on whether 'engin' which I put in quote as 'device was referring to the car or to the motor. And it depends on whether these guys know anything we don't. I'm still hoping the next GT4 will have a 6 cylinder motor.

And it depends on whether these guys know anything we don't. I'm still hoping the next GT4 will have a 6 cylinder motor. 

    Don't worry, that's not what they are saying. They just praise the chassis and other improvements Porsche made to the 781 and wonder about the next GT4 if the same adjustments are made to it.
