February for the TT would be great but unfortunately I'm not THAT lucky.
And YES, launch dates discussed here are GERMAN launch dates. To my knowledge, first GT3 make it to the US around June/July EARLIEST in pretty little numbers, first TTs should make it to the US end of August.

That would have to mean the 997TT goes to Detroit. If RC is correct, then Geneva would fit the schedule.

They might inform the press in February and then show the first cars in Geneva. Same as with the Cayman, for example; First infos in August (?), first presentation on the IAA in September.

When I asked if 997TTCab's might come out with 997TTCoupe's, he seemed to leave open that possibility. FWIW, I suspect from the TONE of his voice that he thinks the 997TT variants could come faster than he OFFICIALLY stated, especially the 997TTCab's and possibly even the 997TTS's. . . .

First customer cars won't be available til end of August. If somebody is lucky, he may get one after August the 20th or so. It depends on the official introduction date for the US which will be slightly later than the german/european introduction date. Like I said before, we're expecting the first cars to be delivered to customers around June. The first US cars should make it on the ships by mid/end June, meaning that I doubt they'll be at dealers before mid August. The press release will tell all the details.
