    Top is black.
    I've seen pics of grey tops, they show the folds & creases.

    Really nice car, and great composition to make the background look good as well

    I need to head out the hills in the West of the state to take a look around sometime soon as your pics look great. Hope the car drives as good as it could.

    Yes, very nice. I have been musing about ordering a C4 (to replace my c2 997), even though I swore I'd keep it a few years. I just really want a C4S just the way I want it.....

    Thanks Flashman, I have a photo gift book coming out in December of the rare white squirrels found around here (see avatar). I like to think I can take a half-way decent photo but then I like to think a lot of things that might or might not be true.
    The whole state of NC is beautiful; coast, Piedmont, but for me, the mountains are the best! Most people don't know (Hell, I didn't) the highest elevations east of the Mississippi are in NC! We go well over 6,000' here!
    Maybe wait for Spring but you must go up on the Blue Ridge Parkway!

    Until I decided to make the move from the bay area in SF, I had no idea myself what to expect in NC. Being in Raleigh there arent any redeeming features like the hills or the coast but at least both arent too far away. Looking forward to the blue ridge in the spring. Now your car's arrived, you probably want to update your profile... Nice pics btw, and good luck with the publication.

    It would be very nice to see a picture of the rear straight on ,at a lower angle- to show how wide it is. Also, one from the front, with a slight angle to see the hip(s).
