    I am installing a Kreissieg exhaust system on my F430

    Don't you all think they sound awesome?! I kinda liked
    the stock sound but did not have the punch like the 360 or
    F355. EURO4, I guess.......I did put in the cat-back exhaust system already and it became quieter than the stock
    exhaust but with better sound. The sound above, have their original catalytic converter pipes plus the cat-back system. What I think I would do now, is to have the cat-pipe installed and achieve the above sound. What do you all
    think? Too loud?, tacky sound? etc.....your honest comments are very much appreciated. The cat-back exhaust was 8000 bucks and the cat-pipes are another 2000 bucks. So It will be a total of 10000 bucks modification. Worth it? or not?

    From my point of view, I think you did great...

    Since I heard those kreissieg sounds, in the modena, murci, m3 and gt3 it just camed to my mind that there is no better racing sound quality than those exhausts.....

    10k bucks is very expensive, but in my opinion its worth it!!!!!

    It will sound really like an F1 engine, so I hope you post some videos after the installation

    I think that for a ferrari I will install kreissieg and not capristo or tubi....and for porsche I'll go for that titanium exhaust system from the brand i.mec japan or something.....that sound of the best motoring video between the 996gt3mk2 with those exhausts and the f430 was awesome....

    Is the white 430 your car ? very gangsta, i love it As for the exhaust system , i think the Kreissieg is simply awesome. Right up there with ITO. $8k is a helluva lot of money though They should throw in the pipes for free, eh? I couldn't justify spending that amount on an exhaust but it's great that you have done it.

    that to me is a LOT of money..i dunno if the headers/pipes are worth it; might just do the boxes for sound as i dont think ull see any improvement on the exhaust really, maybe the airboxes, thats about it. The sound is nice, but maybe wait a bit for more options to show up?

    Thanks. I think I'll go all the way since I've started!! Can't stop now! I've ordered the pipes. It will be replaced on Tuesday. I sold a whole bunch of my old clothes to finance it

    Andrea that titanium exhaust for the GT3 is simply and quite probable the best sound ever I have heard, and I am not exagerating at all, it really is, I don't have a clue how they manage to leave the stock sound like a toy car..

    Here is the link to that video and pay attention when the onboard camera is inside the 430cockpit you hear the gt3 engine all the time, it seems as the 430 was stall or something
    BTW in that page you can see the official web page of that brand exhaust, google it in english and you'll have no problems, btw there are no more videos of that exhaust, may be in the net whoe knows , but for sure the best porsche or at least gt3 sound ever

    yes indeed they do! They installed a switch underneath the ashtray cover. In normal mode, the sound at idle is actually quieter than stock. When the switch is "on", the valve opens up and the sound becomes a bit louder but not so much more than the stock idle. This might all change after Tuesday though!

    The GT3 sound is quite fantastic!

    excuse me but I don't completely understand your last sentences:

    The sound difference between normal and "sport" sound is not so remarkable? i hope there is a huge difference....

    WOW, that's alot of cash....but it does sound good.
    Is it worth it over a Tubi or Capristo though?

    GT3 sounds insane. i've never heard a Porsche sound that good before.

    I couldn't wait to get a Capristo on my 360, so clearly I am not opposed to aftermarket exhaust. The 430 is so good stock I can't imagine sinking 10 grand into it. I'd have to hear it...but it's unlikely to be persuasive. I was parked next to a CS the other day, and it looks like it may be the same exhaust, it had the same markings and was the same size. We fired up and most onlookers thought the 430 was louder than the CS.

    Sorry. Unfortunately the difference is small. The thing is that there is a valve in the exhaust system. When you step on the gas, unless if you are stepping on it very softly, the valve opens up even when the switch is off. So I would say the difference is only noticeable at idle or at very low rpms.

    ....and the difference is very small. But beyond 3000rpms, it starts to make really high pitched sound similar to that of F355.

    I did it. Sounds great. Just like the video clip. To me, it was worth every penny. I love the car even more!!!!!!!
