    360 - what do you guys think?

    This is the 360 I'm looking at buying. It's a September 03 car with less than 11,000 miles and a full service history. It's just had a Pounds3.5k service which included the belt change. It is immaculate apart from a few small stonechips and is by far the best used 360 I've seen thus far. The interior looks like it is new. It has a pretty big spec (p.s. sorry about pic quality - there wasn't much room in the showroom to take decent shots): -

    Metallic black, racing seats (wide), leather to rear panel and door sills, contrasting black stitching on tan leather, black carpets, tan leather headliner, Becker sat nav, cd changer, upgraded sound system with subwoofer between the seats, challenge grilles front and rear, silver calipers and scuderia shields. What do the experts think?

    It's a specialist independent but the recent service was done by a franchised dealer. Asking price is Pounds83K but there is a deal to be done I think.

    Well, I'm no expert, but it's a gorgeous car, and the color combination looks fantastic.

    Like the color combo. with the black with tan interior. Obviously, mechanical condition is the key point.

    i think is very good condition. but i rather get if from offical dealer , cause u get 1 warranty .

    bazza,

    You can buy an official Ferrari power warranty on any car that has been serviced within the Ferrari dealer network to the recommended intervals which this car has been so that isn't a deal breaker.

    very nice car, dont hesitate in buying it. The color combo is Exquisite. i would however buy some aftermarket wheels

    Look stunning combo...plus black is not that common so another plus point....

    Have u had test drive yet? U will be hooked...I was and have not regretted....Price also looks competitive...U must be tempted

    Thats a lot of money for a 360 coupe given there are so many of the used market right now... I guess you should be looking for a BIG discount...?!

    You are correct. I've rung round a few Ferrari dealers to see what they would buy this car in for and the figures they have quoted are eyewatering. The prices of these cars are in freefall and the advertised sticker prices at main dealers are overly optimistic. Graypaul kocked around Pounds3k off their prices last weekend as the cars are taking root in the showroom. It seems that the premiums being obtained for F430's are also on the slide with too many cars chasing too few buyers. Seems that cars will most likely be selling for list within a few short months. I just can't contemplate the sort of loss I'm likely to make on this car in 12 months if the projected residuals I've been given by Ferrari dealer buyers prove to be true.

    I think I will pass on Ferrari ownership for the time being and stick with my 997. 997's are also seeing steep drops in value due to oversupply but things are not as bad as they are for the 360 as the list price is much lower to start with. Porsche AG are alledgedly cutting back on UK supply next year so the longer term residual prospects may improve.
