Peter Schwarzenbauer speech in Panorama
This is an excerpt of the PCNA President's speech at the Porsche Parade in Tampa Florida, late June, 2003:
I know many of you here do not understand why Porsche is not participating in the highest level of motor sports. Some of you think we have abandoned our own heritage. I do not expect to convince you we are right and you are wrong. I only ask that you try to understand that racing is very costly and that the Board at Porsche has not forgotten the origins of the brand we all love. We will return at the right time and the right place. Just because we take the time to make a decision does not mean we have forgotten whom we are. Please understand this is all I can say about it now.
