To be honest, I don't understand why anyone would change the rims on a new GT3... the original ones are very beautiful and, well... original. I don't like exterior changes on porsches very much anyway, but especially on a GT3, I cannot appreciate it at all.
Well, no offense, just my personal opinion. I understand if someone changes the exhaust or something like that, but even then, it shouldn't be visible from the outside...

for me it's only that you have to use the car how it is from factory.Quote:
yes you are right partyboy but P1 by a trackcar is the functionality and the weight in my eyes. a collectors car have other prioritiesQuote:
i mean, you can see on road stupid things and absurd combinations. it is quite rare to find a rim not from the porscheprogramm which looks good and stylish.Quote:
agree 200% but tastes are different :-)Quote:
how is it possible, that this rim is much lighter an as stiff, material?Quote:
it`s easy cuz its a one part wheel and have not this million (material!) spokes like the gt wheelQuote:
believe me i cleaned different times the old an now also the ne gt3 rims. if you cleane you have dirty hands after, regardless if it's a gt3 wheel or anotherQuote:
I don`t care about dirty hands :-)Quote:
for me originality is as important as color or power, quite as important i think...
like said by a racer in first line reduction of weight - I know guys who spend 2K just to save 3 Kg`s :-)
