Ordered car and additional tidbits
Well I placed the order today with the dealer. They had 11 allocations for November build with Jan delivery. All 11 have been filled (Braman Palm Beach). Porsche rep told them they will have a car to show/demo in November but not sell. The option list was mainly 987. There was no sport exhaust or chrome tips on the list. The rear wiper was on the list. Full leather is optional. The front spoiler lip in aluminum was an option on the list which leads me to believe that what we've seen in the photos may be optional equipment if I understood the order guide correctly. While there is no interior package in exterior color per se, there are options available for exterior color of interior trim as in the 987 guide. I did not see the interior console in exterior color on the list, but it may have been an oversight on my part. I was reading this off the dealer computer. I'll post my specs a little later for general discussion and bewilderment!!
