    Pics wanted of cars with carbon steering wheel !! URGENT !

    My dealer don't believes that there are already cars delivered with a carbon steering wheel.
    He says that he can't order it now, or put it in modus, and has to wait untill november till he could get any car delivered with the carbon options. Even one clients car was delivery for september, but because he wanted the carbon, he has to wait till november , so he says
    I told him that I saw already a few with the carbon options ...

    I told him that I will send him pics to prove .. so please help me a hand ...

    This 430 with carbon steering wheel (and "carbon driving zone") was delivered to a buyer in LA last week...

    btw Patriek, that car with the CF wheel also has the CF center tunnel as you can see but it also has the CF door sills and CF engine compartment. Drip trays, air intake etc. $25,000 worth of CF options. The car was delivered (air) to the customer the day before I saw it at the Ferrari of Long Island Run to the Hamptons Charity Rally. Picked up in N.J. 7-22-2005.

    Amazing interior stradale, that carbon fibre looks excellent, but I don't like the "feeling" of carbon in the stering wheels, I prefer all leather!!....(I've never seen a carbon fibre steering wheel, but I suppose the s-class we have has wood in the same part as those pics, and the feeling is not that "handling" when driving the car, especially when parking the car in difficult places + imagine (its not my case though) for those people that suffer "palmar hyperhidrosis" in other words sweaty hands, can be a sort of dangerous.... , my girlfriend suffers from that...so no offense to anyone

    I think the most gorgeous steering wheels I have ever seen and felt have to be the Enzo's and the Maser's Grand Sport. The Grand Sports wheel is amazing. Much thicker then the "thicker steering wheel" option on the 997 S. Both have the CF on the flattened top rim. But I agree and really like the feel of the all leather wheel in my Stradale. Dunno. The CF is very cool. Not sure if I would get it on a 430 or not.

    Do girls with palmar hyperhidrosis have more fun ?????

    Thanks ! I guess you just did. You can see more detail from the pictures before they're posted. I thought the second one with the close up of the wheel came out best. But imo the picture with the Black interior, racing seats and silver or white stitching is the cats meow. Hope you didn't take offense on the "palmar hyperhidrosis" thing. Just funnin around.

    Patriek, I was able to order the "carbon driving zone" option in April for a July build USA car. Took delivery August 10th. Now for some photos.

    Just gorgeous.

    CCM's and the coupe are so tight. Add the racing seats and it's the whole package that says GO FAST, TURN FAST, STOP FAST racing car !

    Jack,

    I was just checking out your 996 Turbo. Have to say I think it is the sharpest interior I have ever seen in a Turbo and I've seen hundreds if not thousands. Just the perfect blend of Carbon with black and silver accents. Guess you followed the same theme for the 430 with the black interior and silver stitching. I am seriously considering the silver stitching on my 997 Turbo cab if I can get it. Can I ask - which color exactly is the stitching in the Turbo ? Did you have any problems when they built the car of leaving any pieces off by accident ?
