Super Darius said:Friday i had a talk with Walter Rohrl and he tell me that the 997 GT3 will have around 400/405 HP,the engine is 3.8 dry sump and there will be a special suspension system, like PASM to increase the hardness of the suspension,NO DSG/PDK

I was there with Darius and I had a quick chat with Mr. Rorhl! For what I understood, Walter told that the new GT3 will have a system symilar to the one described by Carlos...it will make much more sense that a system "à la" PASM!

Yes...unfortunately was one of our group!
This one was his first trackday with that Elise (powered by an Honda engine with 230Hp and a 6 speed gearbox)...
He made a mistake at the Fuchsrore (not the best part of the track for this kind of accidents...) and that's the result! Only body damages, with a new front shell the car will be like new.
He was closely followed by a Bmw M3 (E46); the driver, maybe scared for his accident, lost control of his car and had a very bad crash few meters after...
With wich car you were at the Ring yesterday?
Cheers,
Max T.

I believe he may be talking about a coilover system were you can adjust the harshness (along with height) but they are a traditional shock/spring but manually adjustable (not on-the-fly with a button like the PASM though) which is very appropiate for track cars.
