    What I did today

    Hi guys,

    there was some drag races held at a friend's house today, was a organised event, but more just on a "for-fun" basis. more of a family event than anything else just thought i'd share some pics, here is a pic of the start line

    thanks carlos forgive my (insert word) pull-aways, first time i have taken the car to a drag race and had to get fimiliar with it along the way

    of course there was sport bikes carlos(will get the videos from my friend, these are vids i asked someone to take), but was hard to make time to film and take pics with all this action going on

    there were a few ZX12's, a TURBO busa , R1's, GSX-R1000's

    PS. for those who dont know, if you dbl click on the video you make it full-screen!(lol i only discovered that a month ago )

    yeah! i saw a bakkie beat the m3 few years ago in pretoria north they damn fast mate!! even a beatle vw on the drag race!

    no prob ha! the runway is a little bit narrow compared to proper raceways, but we did fine, never felt that it was too narrow or uncomfortable at any point. remember this is literally in my friend's back yard(his house is about 50M away from the runway)

    here is a pic of my friend's SL racing someone from the start line, it isn't THAT narrow as what it seems in the videos
