Most peoples monitors are WAY out of whack when it comes to color calibration. Looking at colors on your computer requires your monitor to be manually-calibrated to match physical Pantone color standards. Otherwise, what you think looks like blue could actually be green, what you think is orange is really red, or (in specific) what is "supposed" to be terracotta on the Porsche configurator might look like Mississippi mud on your monitor.

I've received nothing but praise and oogles over my Terracotta from onlookers and friends thusfar. My 13 year old daughter's friends think it's "awesome", and my 62 year old dad thinks it's classic (Terracotta was common in 50's and 60's premium cars), so I feel that it's got universal appeal. But I totally understand how it could be polarizing for some. The only guy who had a problem with it was an employee who seemed boggled in-general that an interior in any car would come in any other color than General Motors grey or tan. He's the type of fellow that will still wear tighty-whiteys until he's 80, if you know what I mean

I think I will take a look for myself at the nearest dealer, but in the meantime can you tell me is it closer to red or more of a peach color?
