    Maserati, polo, St tropez

    My friend from Ferrari France has gotten Maserati to sponsor the event, pretty nice pics, and a good way to promote the cars. Will be interesting to find out how many sales they can generate throuth such an event.
    I remember Porsche doing the same with a polo club near Paris, and got zero sale!
    Most people in France play polo for the wrong reasons if you see what I mean!

    Well, you know how it is dude, sold the 996, 997 still a long way, you don't drive anymore, it's not that you lose interest, I still check on a daily basis but I tend to read the tech posts and pics posts mostly.
    Still some cool and funny threads though!
    But a week ago, got confirmation that the order is PAG's computer system, ready to go, apart from the Powerkit availibility date. Now if even Porsche doesn't know that, who does? All I can do is wait.
    Plus I'm bored at work, so...

    Can't complain, have the SL500 and BMWZ8 and although they're not "mine", I do have the spare keys to those cars!
    And cars are not all to me, plenty of other things to keep me occupied during the wait!
    But that is indeed the reason why I'm not into cars 100% right now.
    Guess I'll be driving a lot end of September!

    What? No models standing to the sides?

    I am not sure if you can always directly refer these sponsorships to sales figures - a Wally yacht would have definately been a nice option as well! Where precisely has the event been held at? Around Nice or Cannes?

    St Tropez,
    Event organiser is Corinne Schuller, very nice woman, who I met a couple of years ago when she was inaugurating the club, she is a personal friend of LDM hence the sponsorship that wan't a problem to obtain.
