And you can gave a G2(almost full license in Canada) by 16. I mean not many have a Ferrari, but it's not uncommon to see 16 and 17 year olds driving mid to high end sports car.(Camaro, Corvette, Porsche etc..)
Obviously it doesn't mean anything in this situation, but I felt the need to respond anyway.

ok
1) i cant understand why the trucks tail lights are destroyed.
2)how come nothing happened to the lestf side rear of the 360
3)nothing happened to the engine dock in the 360? is it cuz its bullet proof? supposedly
maybe a traffic officer can better help solve this crime of ferrarity.

Wow this is really bugging me. The truck clearly hit the ferrari, not the other way around (you can tell from the front end damage on the truck)
And yeah, why is the left side of the 360 completely unharmed...it looks like if you gave it a wash and a wax itd look good as new....

Thats my view of it too, thats why you see the garage door sadnwitched between the two serving as a ramp for the truck to ride on top while the Ferrari left underneath in its parked position lined up in the garage as the owner left it, and the Ferrari has no dents in the front bumper while the truck's is smashed since its the one that crashed into the garage.

The damage to the left side of the garage and the scratch marks on the ceiling would negate your theory.
My theory is this: The truck was traveling at a high rate of speed and hit a bump or something and became airborn as it crash into the garage and landed directly on top of the 360. The damn kid was probably reenacting a scene he saw on the trailer for the upcoming Dukes of Hazard movie.
Nevertheless, it explains why the Ferrari didn't sustain any damage to the back of the driver's side. As to the truck's passenger tail light, it was probably damage before the explosive entry into the garage.
The bottom line is: The Ferrari could not be the culprit, because, there is virtually no damage to its front end.

Give him a shot of whisky 'for the shock'...
beat the carp out of him for 30 minutes...
Put him back in the truck...
Break the whisky bottle over his head...
...THEN call the paramedics and police.
