    Anyone with pics of rear center console in Arctic Silver?

    Eric of bumperplugs.com just emailed me that my rear center console in arctic silver had finished production and was ready to ship. I Ppal'd him the core exchange deposit and now await receipt of the console. Any pictures of anyone else's to tide me over until then?

    here ya go: (oh, IMHO, it looks a little too roadster-ish to me, you know, stripped down with body color showing on the floorboards and tunnel)

    Does the paint chip off the center console easily? Being so close to the seat belt buckle and all, I was just wondering.

    That's not a factory fit console - the piece immediately under the handbrake should be in interior colour leather. Am I sad or what?

    Good old america. 76.000 for a carrera coupe. I will pay a little more for my Boxster S here in Austria.

    What you might do is this: wrap a few layers of electrical tape to the very end of the belt tongue (the last 3/16 inch?). Trim it really nice with a razor blade. It'll protect the paint if the tougue hits it.
