My local dealer said the same thing -- but I wondered whether it was because he had no grey soft tops on the lot to sell.
Not that I'm a cynic, but car salesmen usually talk up what they have on the lot and, when they don't have them on hand to sell, discourage options that would have to be built into a car by the manufacturer.
It would be great to hear from someone who has a stone grey soft top (which looks a bit darker than the "graphite" grey of the 986s).
