    Sorry about the lighting - it was indoors and the lighting is quite subdued in the lobby of the building where the cars were on display.

    The photos were all 'superfine' but 'small' i.e 640x480 pixels.

    I'm still new to this particular camera (Canon Digital IXUS 50). It's called the PowerShot SD400 in some countries. If any of you are experienced with it, any tips re: size, settings would be appreciated.

    Tomorrow I'll be taking some larger pictures for higher quality...

    In the meantime, hope you liked these!

    I like the fact that they're using slotted brake rotors. Nobody else does this AFAIK (they're not as sexy as drilled but they work as well and don't crack!)

    nice car, but i'm very disappointed in the interior finishing... it looks really cheap, a 997's interior looks better to me imo..

    Fantastic car!
    IMHO overpriced, but you pay for the exclusivity.
    At Pounds80k base price, you'd probably end up at 85 with some cool option, that's more Turbo territory than Carrera.
    Very nice car though.

    very nice indeed.
    pitty about the colour....
    and the finishing is a bit disappointing.
    but cant expect too much from the Poms....

    did u get them to start the engine?? how'd the V8 sound?

    As is usually the case, the car looked much better in the metal. Would have preferred to seen one in the grey color but to be honest the red looked pretty sweet.

    My main problem with the car is the price. Had really hoped they would come in at aboout Pounds65,000 to make a real 911S alternative... I love the car but not sure if I love it Pounds15 more than the 911

    Why is the tachometer backwards?

    BTW in considering pricing do not underestimate the value of exclusivity. The AM will hold up much better in reale. The Porsche in the US suffers at least $10,000 loss as soon as it is driven.

    I agree. The exterior is very nice! But, the interior is garbage, especially, those seats. By far the cheapest looking.

    very true, why get a barely "used" porsche when one can easily get a brand new one. but isn't the maintenance on an AM quite pricey nick?
