    Saw an F40 today

    What a beast!

    And what a surprise to me to see an F40 here, of all places.

    No, I didn't have my camera with me.( Which is ironic, considering i left it home at the last moment ). I just needed to vent a little, to let the shock out of my system
    Maybe i'll see it again, i think it's a local.

    Definately a sight to be seen, the ultimate Ferrari IMO. I rode in one when the F40 had just about came out and I'll never forget the impression it made on me, I was 16 years old I think.

    Brunner when you initiated this post my jaw dropped. A very rare event. The majority of the time you are responding. Keep it up. You have a lot to add even though it is through Porsche eyes.

    The very first Ferrari I saw was a Testarossa.
    Guess WHERE I saw it, I was even more surprised than you are now.
    I knew the driver, I drove in this car with him and I even drove it myself. A few weeks later, I met him again at the Black Sea. He was shipping it to Lebanon. Apparently he had a client in Syria for it. Well, I think you can imagine the rest of the story.
    I cut all contacts to the owner, I didn't want to take any risks. But at that time I was a few years younger and I was heavily impressed with that car.

    I saw an F40 last weekend at F1 Montreal. What a gorgeous car. Right next to an F430 Spider too! Here's a few pics.

    i saw an enzo today on 25A on LI New York, it was a beautiful sight with a beautiful exhaust note, had a hell of a woody.lol

    Yup, on Sundays you will see plenty of nice cars on 25A in LI, NY.
