    I agree - the 997 GT3 should have 18 inch wheels.

    I suspect the 19 inch sport wheels will be similar to the old sport classic wheels - a BBS variant.

    It's really hard to tell but I believe it will be 19 inch for the GT3. Look at the close-up shot of the black wheel.

    1) Even though the ceramic brakes are huge, the wheel is still a lot bigger. (space left between the brake and the wheel.

    2) The wheel in itself is huge. Even if the car is lowered (as it's a GT3), it looks pretty big to me.

    They look a lot like the prev GT3 wheels - which look a lot like the general spoke layout/contours of two of the Cayenne's wheels .

    the price of the new 19'' Carrera sport wheel ( XRR) is nearly double ( CHF 945.00) as the 19'' Sports Design ( CHF 575.00)..... Î want to know what will justify that..??

    maybe their weight will be decreced by the same % as the the price increase?
    Porsche is ONLY about performanche and techique
    I wonder if the option : inside mirror in leather or your name on floor mats or name on entry doors or leather on coat hanger... are performance orientated?

    So we still don't know what the new 997(non-GT3) Sport Wheel (as listed as an option for the 4 & 4S) is gonna look like????????

    correct isnt it also weird that the 4 and 4S where not introduced with different wheel designs?
    I think in 996 they had different standard wheels than the other models
