I agree. The car looks very odd to me. Sort of a Rube Goldberg design. Maybe dark colors would be better to hide the the design problem. It’s what you get when performance is the only concern and design an after thought.

I will see. Performance for sure will attract me. But will try to skip the .1 and aim for the .2 . I did not jump in the first batch of allocations, so that pushes me anyway to 2024. I will give a good go at the 4RS for the moment.

Yeah, maybe Dark Sea Blue as well. Struggling to find a color I really like on this car Would prefer a bright, vibrant color just not sure how well it goes with the looks of the car.
A suitable colour for the RS would be the Arktikgrau, IMO.
This colour blends better with the (lots of) black bits than brighter colours but it is still a colour with difference and vibrancy that suits this unique Porsche.
Darker blues and blacks are totally out of relevance for the RS, I think. What is the point of buying a racy and striking car and trying to hide its nature at the same time?
Similarly, I saw a 992 GT3 in Agate Grey and it looked a mismatch. This owner probably wanted his car not to look too ostentatious.

Agree on the Arctic Gray. I configured one in that color on the Porsche Configurator with the Weissach package and minus the striping. With gray offset with bronze of the magnesium wheels looked striking and elegant at the same time. However, from certain angles there is no getting around that enormous rear wing.
My dealer had an open house yesterday, and some highschool kids came for a visit. They asked for my car to be a show piece. So bumble bee left the comfort of the garage and went on to become a display.
And something I found out. Stock, the car rides so freaking firm, almost on par with the GT2RS. I was experimenting with settings and voila! Now the GT3RS is the best riding 911 right now, I think even better than my turbo S.
The secret is to get into Track mode, then turn every dial in PASM to -5, aka minimal setting. I know it's counterintuitive to drive on the street in track mode but that's the only way to adjust the dampers. What's even better? The settings are remembered, so I don't have to turn the dials again next time I start the car, just only need to switch to track mode for the Porsche version of the Ferrari's bumpy road button.
