Normal wings has that effect of lifting the front, yes, but it doesn't have the added fulcrum effect to lift the front even more. 

So the Koenigsegg needed extra extra more downforce at the front to counter the extra lift. 

The fulcrum in this system is the line between the tyre patches of the rear wheels, and the lever arm is the length of the (theoretical) line between the centre of pressure of the rear wing and the fulcrum. The layout of the attachment points of the struts to the wing or the shape of the struts connecting the wing to the body are immaterial to the leverage of the system.
