Any misgivings about buying a demo model are understandable, but on the other hand these cars are now pretty bullet-proof, apart from wear-and-tear parts like brake discs/pads and tyres, which will surely either still be good due to low mileage or will have been replaced prior to sale. 
If the price looks reasonable I'd be inclined to go for it, if it's on the high side I'd use the knowledge of the car's "history" to talk it down a bit.
