A car loaded with the "wrong" options can be just as hard to sell as a stripped down spec., maybe harder.

Go for a), and get a good dealer to advise you on what option package you could expect to sell well in your market.

If you went for c), you'd probably regret it for 4 years, if you managed to hold out that long.
