No great surprise. Anytime a new, and highly anticipated, car hits our state the stealerships try and have a field day. Unfortunately there are always those individuals who will pay these insane "market adjustments" thereby insuring they will show up again in the future. When the ZO6's first hit the market there were $30k markups here in Northern California. Until the consumers here decide than being the "first" person with the "hot" new car is NOT important, or realizes that no matter how much you want that car it's not worth giving the dealer an insane profit margin, this reprehensible behavior will continue.
