And isn't that the issue Porsche charging for the best engineering but delivering a compromised solution, they know all about intercooling big time and could easily have set up a production run with their erstwhile Motorsports supplier Secan, a company run by bean counters now Smiley

Exactly. Just raise the price and do it right. That’s what you expect from a luxury brand on their top model.

Do you really think Porsche would have sold over 1000 GT2 RS for a 350k base price? I doubt it.

I also think that a "fitting" engine wasn't actually available at that time and that McLaren surprised Porsche with the 720S...again.
