well, from where to start...
first error is the 1000 units for GT2RS, that numbers was the first estimation, it is now higher.
second, GT3 will not cross summer as the homologation stops on 31st of august.
third, the shutdown is not in august...it is in end of july.
this table looks like it is coming from pure speculation.
Of course it does...I don't think that someone claimed something else?!
Nobody said 1000 GT2 RS only...there is no limitation. Production only limited by capacity (and maybe upcoming emissions laws).
Someone just claimed that the GT3 will continue production after the factory summer vacation, so maybe...I don't know. 
Euro spec/ROW I don't think so at all.. US spec maybe because I don't know anything about it.
