And - couple of horse powers more will not make any much difference. I rather would like to see a power hybrid. Some electrical units on one of the axles to boost the car in another dimension. Other than that its just a number play. Even cold to warm weather makes probably more difference in the output power. 

40 horses make a difference, also the rear wheel steering and some other changes. 

My lease still goes on for 2 1/2 years, so no pressure here... Smiley
