A bit of a confusion here.

In a future war Skynet produces a Series of killer machines against humans, which are categorized in different series according to their function. One of these series is the T-Series, aka as the Terminators. All Terminators from one series are identical, the T-800 for instance uses a metal hyperalloy endoskeleton, whereas the T-1000 uses some kind of liquid metal, which is called mimetic polyalloy. The Terminators are classified according to the neural-net processor in use. The T-800 uses a CPU from the 800 series and was Skynet's first Terminator covered with living tissue. By covering the metal endoskeleton with living tissue, Skynet was able to infiltrate the Resistance. The mould Skynet uses for the living tissue is defined by the Model designation. So CSM-101 (Cyberdyne Systems Model) is the designation for the mould that covers the the endoskeleton of the T-800 Terminator and which looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger.
