European dealers don't have VIP program, their dealers decides who gets what.

True but Porsche sometimes have a saying in this as well...if they want to get involved (not often). Smiley

And these 'special VIPs' are also quite untouchables as most have connections to the factory themselves.

Some are car brokers, that help sourcing hard to get models all over Europe for their clients, the EU make it easy to buy across borders. At times these car brokers buy enough cars from dealerships that they ARE their biggest customers, would any dealer risk offending these buyers?

Unfortunately...again...true. Not easy to fight off speculators without offending major customers/dealerships. There are ways however...
