There are multiple PCA regions in Southern California. When you join the PCA, it's a national membership and you can go to any of the events sponsored by a particular region and get the PCA entrance fee rate.
The Grand Prix region runs DE's and Time Trials and the Orange County and Riverside regions both run autocrosses.
Check the PCA Zone 8 website for all the events.
