Exactly Gnil! Which is why I keep my 997s! For me, it remains the best modern 911. I agree with your choice except I would go for the 3.8. The 3.6 is a bit hollow at low revs.

Aside from the better engine in the 3.8L, you also get better gearing in the RS 3.8L (and better PASM suspension tuning).

Did the 997.1 GT3 have already PASM ? I thought it was still on conventional suspensions .   I would like to go back to ' natural' suspensions on a ' fun ' car
