I think the engine is the same? Haha. I would love to see a journalist do a comparison review between the two. I wonder how similar they are when you drive them

Hmm, as similar as a wobbly base Carrera cabriolet vs an aggressively tuned GT3 RS? Smiley Smiley

On a more serious note, it is surprising that such a test has not been done yet. I hope one of the dealers around here get a Spyder soon. I would love to try it (...and to compare of course Smiley)

Cayman GT4 versus Boxster Sypder (keep in mind that the tested GT4 has the GT3 PCCB, the Spyder the 350 mm one from the Boxster, also the GT4 has Cup tires, the Spyder street tires).

Nordschleife   7:42 min. versus 7:52 min.

Hockenheim Kleiner Kurs:  1.10,1 min. versus 1.11,3 min.

Conclusion: Not much difference between both, maybe a slight advantage on the faster Nordschleife due to the "better" downforce/chassis of the GT4.

So pretty much the same relative difference as it is between a Carrera S and a GT3 then Smiley

Although I am not interested in the performance difference, I am interested in the "feeling" difference.
