Actually, the 918 will be the most precise track purpose car, it just goes where you want it to be because of the immense grip. Maybe not be the fastest, but Porsche has the black magic up it's sleeves that it will do exactly what the driver wants it to do without drama. German precision if you may. it maybe the fastest from 0 to whatever, but it will gives up the top end to either the McLaren or the Ferrari that's for sure.

The LaFerrari will be the most sought after car, simply because it is a Ferrari.

The P1 will compete with the LaFerrari for the most entertaining/exciting car. Ferrari has that glorious big displacement V12 singing at 9000+ rpm, While the McLaren will gives you the sensory overload feeling inside the car, the waste gate popping constantly, the loud bark from the exhaust, and the active rear end to keep one constantly on the look out. The P! keeps the driver engaged most most the time.

But you are right, all the owners will not care one iota about which one will win in a shootout, the owners all made their choices a long time ago and they all had already received or going to receive their respective chosen ones. No owners is going to be disappointed regardless of the outcome, the only one hurt will be the fans who internet bench races.
