How so?
Allthough I think any company should always try to do their utmost for every customer, not just the high-value ones, I think that for customers who buy cars in this pricerange, you should have a special part of your organisation that is dedicated to making the experience of buying such a car a fantastic one... it's not just about the car anymore...

So rather than saying "you can't come near the car", they should say "OK, we understand your wish, please know that we need some time to prepare the car for you, after that, we suggest you pick it up, and we'll arrange a nice road trip from Toronto to Vancouver for you"... whole different experience if you ask me...
