I never understood people "overselling" - but rather give customers a timeline which you can beat - hence create a positive experience once you tell them yr car will be "early" or for that matter anything else too. I have seen this many times where people make promises (not only cars) and then have to disappoint - where are the times when people played "low profile" and then exceeded the expecations ? If you buy something for a million bucks I want positive news. simple ! (still a great car to wait for indecision
