It looks like a very interesting circuit, actually. Turns 4,5 & 6 look like they  might give some interesting overtaking strategies and then that long series of esses and double-apex turns looks interesting coming down the back.

I agree that it's an odd choice to stick a brand new course in at this point of the season. It's not broken in and no one's had a chance to drive it, I presume. It would be nice to extend an extra day of practice.

Question: does F1 make the track specs available for the simulators on a new track?
