Is it possible to order BMW performance seats with the CAR from the beginning? Since it is a retrofit, it should be possible to order it from the beginning with the car.

If it is possible, what is the order code?

AFAIK all BMW Performance parts are retrofit only and installed at your dealer, not the factory. Here's a thread on the subject, check the .pdf attachment in the first post:
